Once upon a time, in a land called Litigationville, there lived a brave and determined woman named Lucy Occupy. Lucy was a warrior for justice, fighting against the wicked witch of the east, Ms. Bothersome, and her like-minded colleagues who were known as the Courtroom Cruelties.
Lucy had faced many hardships in her quest for fairness. She suffered from dangerous illnesses and medical conditions caused by the actions of insurance bad actors. But her spirit remained unyielding, and she refused to let her disabilities define her.
Ms. Bothersome, with her deceitful ways, tried to obstruct justice and deny Lucy her rights. She would often cast spells of discrimination and make discriminatory remarks, underestimating Lucy’s intelligence and determination. But Lucy knew that she had the strength within her to overcome these obstacles.
In her journey, Lucy encountered a few honorable attorneys who stood by her side, offering their support and expertise…

WE ARE THE MEDIA NOW Hey! Ohhhh, but wait, you gotta here this…. hot shot North California defense lawyer describes me to the Court:
“Plaintiff attempts to paint a picture of herself as the lone rural homeowner with disabilities versus numerous giant adversaries… ”
Is it ok to say #Schm*cks! on LI?
So, a little #ChatGPT response?
“As a self-represented plaintiff, I would like to explain that my characterization of myself as a rural homeowner with disabilities facing off against numerous giant adversaries is not an attempt to gain sympathy, but rather an accurate reflection of the challenges I have faced in this case.
I am a homeowner in a rural area and my disabilities have made it difficult for me to navigate the complex and overwhelming process of filing an insurance claim. The insurance companies I am…
“Lucy’s story is an inspiring example of how one person’s determination and courage can make a difference. Despite facing numerous obstacles and being dismissed by others, she refused to give up and continued to fight for what she believed in. Her willingness to take on a powerful insurance carrier and their team of lawyers shows that justice can be served, even in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds.
Lucy’s experience also highlights the importance of holding companies accountable for their actions and ensuring that they are not allowed to take advantage of vulnerable individuals. By standing up for herself, Lucy not only gained justice for herself but also paved the way for others who may have been victimized by similar circumstances.” #ChatGPT
#WorkCompLitigation is not too different from #PropertyInsurance Litigation… MPNs are like #PreferredVendor programs oro Premier Services program vendors.
#InsurerWars are real. If your home is insured by #StateFarm…don’t let my story become yours.
State Farm did not deny my claim, so who and what caused the catastrophic damage and toxic exposure, and why did they demand litigation?
Why are the attorneys so mean when they know I have a disclosed disability – brain injury from work injury in 2012.
Extreme disability abuse and age and gender discrimination.
Some of the worst of the worst? Similar to the legal community apathy or conflicts in finding competent legal representation for injured workers, it’s similar for policy holders.
Not only does State Farm and it’s preferred vendors allegedly target retirees and Americans with disabilities… have you seen how #StateFarm targets America’s children?
Do your own research; draw your own conclusions:

#StateFarmFiles – HOW TO SURVIVE A COVERED LOSS WITH STATE FARM…. Great Courage is required; the brutality and threats are mind boggling —discriminatory and downright evil.
In nearly two years, only American Enviornmental Group was heard by the Court, due to legal strategies that afforded 50% of the defendants to settle in 2022, and the remaining defendants – State Farm, Paul Davis Restoration (Corporate and Franchisee) and AEG again in December.
Contractor Connection response was affirmative defense and they retain rights to answer more fully. They are also cross complaining against PDR, and both PDR and Contractor Connection have 5 year guarantees on their work, and are apparently required to indemnify State Farm against losses.
AEG provided the report to State Farm that was used by…
When are #WorkComp claims and #Property damage claims similar? Are the common denominators MPNs and Preferred Vendor programs? Are they #JustFollowing Orders?
Being able to PRESENT ORAL TESTIMONY in Court is important…if you’re recouperating from a workplace injury, or if you’re profiting by people disabled by workplace injuries and denied benefits and medical care, you might appreciate the video. STATE FARM AND THEIR PREFERRED VENDORS CAUSED CATASTROPHIC DAMAGE TO MY HOME WITH APPARENT ATTEMPT TO CAUSE EXTREME HARM… BY COVERING UP THEIR CRIMES ……………………. AND DEMANDING LITIGATION… STATE FARM HIRED ONE OF THEIR PREFERRED VENDORS THAT SPECIALIZES IN LITIGATION SUPPORT… THAT HAS BEEN RUNNING THE LITIGATION “LIKE A RUNAWAY TRAIN” WITH EXTREME LAWFARE PRACTICES AND MORAL TURPITUDE.

State Farm told me I was required to use their Preferred Vendors for policy coverage when my roof blew off 2/2/2019. Then they started lying about it and sending computer generated emails in late February 2019 suggesting it was a wise…
I just realized that ten years ago TODAY I slipped on ice at work, fell backwards and whacked my head —-I’ve been real sensitive to blonde jokes ever since
WHAT ARE THE MORAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN EMANCIPATED INJURED WORKER —
ONE WHO HAS ESCAPED THE WORK COMP SYSTEM?
TIME IS PRETTY SURREAL WITH A BRAIN INJURY….
TEN YEARS IS A LONG TIME… If I had not escaped via #MediationWithIntentionToSettle — most likely, I’d be sleeping under a bridge or dead by now.
I dismissed 5 real bad attorneys — each one caused more harm that the previous one, and if a workcomp legal file is set up poorly by idiot #1, the others can only make matters worse. It usually takes injured workers approximately 2 years to grasp the harsh reality that it’s a life and death battle, unless it’s a broken finger or splinter.
I will have to do more reflections on how I got here from there. If I was still “in the #WorkComp system” I would probably be sleeping under a bridge, yes, it’s that vile.
Property Insurance is no different. My fight with @StateFarm for their destruction of my home and health since 2/2/2019 and their attempts to kill me with invisible microbial growth (mold & mycotoxins) that they paid $101,000 to cover up the blown kickback scam apparently run out of their Phoenix Claims office is about worse than my horrible journey through #CaliforniaWorkersCompensation and #SocialSecurityDisabilty…..
You don’t have to believe me… check out the environmental reports… CrooksInCahoots.com
I used to tell people that Hitler would real proud of the extermination program we call #workcomp… My heart breaks for those who can’t get out of it. The #OpioidCrisis could not have gained such momentum without those dirty doctors. I remember one doc wrote mean things about me, and wrapped up — in writing – saying, ‘So if she has human rights violations complaints, tell her to #TakeItToTheHague. A gem that IME doctor was. Liar cheat and thief, too… Another doc I was sent to was under indictment for fake back surgeries or using bad parts, sort of like what State Farm has been in RICO litigation about in some states for using cheap auto repair parts… what a bunch of coincidences, huh? … I wonder if that doctor ever got locked up. He seemed to live on Red bull…. probably skipped nutrition class in med school?
To survive, I had to pay my own way to see head doctors . I submitted $40,000 in receipts to SSA for offsets. I think it was too complicated for them.
The Scripps Chief of Staff at neurology was a great guy…I asked what I was going to do if I didn’t get my brain back –he shrugged and said, “Embrace the New You”… Then I said, “Well! they might just have to retrain me to be a neuroscientist” and he paused, then invited me to a Traumatic Brain Injury conference happening that weekend… lots of military, international docs and other smart people. I joyfully went. I’m not a neuroscientist, but I still have a few marbles left.
One doctor recommended that I “write about the experience” so, I followed directions and created a blog called ASK ABOUT WORKERS COMP GRAVY TRAINS. He later said, “I didn’t mean a blog; I meant a journal” and we laughed about the reach!
AFTER I ESCAPED WORKCOMP [“The parties reached resolution subject to a confidentiality agreement ” in 2015] another doctor suggested that I “write about it” with intention to help other injured workers escape the lethal system, and find some decent warriors within system. One must ask why it seems that only doctors on the dole or who area leased/owned by insurance carriers, serving as IME’s and AME’s are the only ones left in that system… So, at that Doctor’s suggestion, I created this blog site, MY WORK COMP COACH.
I wanted it to have a perkier more positive tone…. but then David DePaolo and his pals got hooked up with Sedgewick and that sort of crowd and went on a disparagement campaign …. David, RIP, even called me a … wait for it… “a vociferous militant” after he had written so many other nice things about me…. I had to look it up and my friends high fived me and said to just smile and say thanks.
I’m in the middle of an almost missed deadline to do a Second Amended Complaint in the matters of Linda Ayres vs State Farm et al — but after that, I’ll be back with more workcomp insights. Stuff you won’t want to hear, you’ll probably refuse to believe, and it might make you wish you were an alien invader COMING TO AMERICA. [I AM EASILY DISTRACTED….. D’OHHHHHHHHHHH ]
I disclosed my disabilities to all the vendors that State Farm sent to my house on 2/2/2019 who pretended to be in on the project to restore my home to pre loss condition. I think they might have been a little misogynistic or just hate disabled people or just thought I said I was stupid and an easy target. A couple of the current litigation defense lawyers treat me like that, too. The insurer fraud related to destroying my home cost me just about everything. I lived in the house for over a year WITHOUT INSULATION, WALLS, FLOORING AND FURNITURE. Having a brain injury helped… “Whatever” can be a common reaction and theme.
I called it my #ZoomRoom 2021 version had walls; 2020 version did not
Isn’t that the MOST PITIFUL TARP YOU’VE EVER SEEN? #ServPro did it. It did nothing to keep rain and snow out of the house after the wind blew the roof off… The roof remained off for over 40 days… Paul Davis Restoration gets credit for that, along with State Farm and Contractor Connection. American Environmental Group gets credit for writing a false or misleading or downright fraudulent mold clearance report to authorize build back. What a mess. They did it twice.
Once is a mistake, twice sounds like clear evidence of corruption. State Farm allegedly has teams of engineers that write reports that cause civil litigation — fake reports to defray payout in hurricane catastrophes.
American Policy Holders organization tackles that piece of insurer fraud, WITH THE FAKE ENGINEERING REPORTS- and they seem to be working with Attorneys General across America. I sure wish they would address the national mold catastrophes — False Environmental reports are probably more common than any property owner dare imagine.
Anyhow, I just wanted to share the joy that I made it this far
While State Farm and their Preferred Vendors have expressed a wish to financially crush me and other wicked wishes – since the mold didn’t kill me (yet) and I’m fighting back, I gotta get back to final edits. One lawyers pretending to be a doctor suggested that I wouldn’t miss deadline if I stayed off social media.
Mark Twain suggests that we don’t argue with idiots and stupid people. But! I will say that different parts of the brain are required for creative free flow thinking and typing… LEGALESE, COMPOUNDED BY GUERRILLA LAW AND OTHER ACTS OF LAWFARE THAT RESEMBLE MORAL TURPITUDE AND EXTREME FOCUS AND ORGANIZATION AND ABILITY TO COLOR WITHIN THE LINES use entirely different parts of the brain.
SO, ACCIDENTS HAPPEN AT WORK AND WIND BLOWS ROOFS OFF…. AND YOUR INSURANCE AGENT IS NOT YOUR FRIEND AND ADJUSTERS TEND NOT TO EVEN BE OF THE HUMAN RACE…..
Check out my blogs on the #PropertyInsurance litigation. If you leave a comment, one of the defense firms stalks comments heavily and tends to track and reach out to anybody who was ever nice to me to discuss subpoenas, depositions and other things that a DA might consider witness intimidation… If you’re not equipped to deal with litigation intimidation, consider book marking my blog … till matters are settled, in one Court or Another!
